We arrived late on a sleeper bus and checked out late to depart on a sleeper, the staff we able to easily check us in and we were still able to shower after check out before our night bus after a days trekking. The room was very clean and comfortable, we were also upgraded for free to a mountain view room which was wonderful. We came to Sapa with 2 other couples and the location of this hotel was by far the best out of the 3 couples.

The view was great, the hotel was clean.. my friends and I were having a good time staying in this hotel. Linh, was superb in helping us to buy a ticket (cable car) to Fansipan mountain. She also helped us to buy the ticket bus from SAPA to Hanoi airport. She is very friendly and helpful in giving the guidance on where to go around Sapa town.

We really enjoyed it here. A hotel located right in the center of Sapa, the rooms are very beautiful and harmoniously arranged, the beds are comfortable, the staff and management are very clean, easy to communicate and super lovely. They are really enthusiastic about customers. We cannot expect more, absolutely coming back in the future!

I like that it was centrally located, Very close to Sapa Station and lots of food choices around. Room is a good size and everything was working well. Thank you to Linh at the front desk for being so accommodating!! She booked everything for us - pickup, drop off, Glass bridge etc. she speaks good english too!

The location was very close from the center: just minutes walking to Sun Plaza, money exchange, restaurants, the lake, etc. The staff were very friendly.

Exceptional service! And good breakfast they are very generous and considerate. I really appreciate the front desk (Ninh and ling also Khiem) they’re are really really the best! Kudos to swan sapa hotel very recommendable! ❤️❤️

Linh on reception was amazing, helping us book tours, arranging travel and she spoke English very well. We ended up booking an extra night and the location was excellent.

Friendly n helpful staff. They even help us to bring our luggage to the room. They also help to order bus ticket n taxi. Walkable distance to attraction.

Amazing staff! Would also contact you ahead of time to confirm everything! On our first night, we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Again, thanks to Linh at the front reception :)

We had the Mountain View room and the view was breathtaking. Nice spacious bright room with all the mod cons.
